I’m so excited for this Crystal Reiki gathering as 11th June feels like a truly cosmicly delicious date to come together and share some healing magic.

Deep within Gemini season, we’re surrounded by beautiful Air element energy, bringing opportunities for clearer communication, mind unravelling insights, soul whispers, and heart led connections.

A wonderful time to gently untangle what feels stuck and welcome fresh perspectives🎶💐🎶💐🎶

Gemini encourages us to find our voice and honour our truth. We’ll be giving our Throat Chakra a little energetic polish and sparkle, helping us express ourselves with more ease, confidence and authenticity.

The Gemini Twins remind us that we don’t have to choose between logic and intuition …we can lovingly soul stitch them together and allow both to guide us forward🌅

One of the most beautiful parts of gathering in a group is the power of collective healing. When we come together with shared intention, open hearts and supportive energy, we create a field that is often far greater than the sum of its parts.

Calm mind. Balanced energy. Better habits. Less Reactive. More present &making better choices.

Through vagus nerve stimulation, box breathing, ohm, Reiki, Crystals (which important to lay on your body) meditation and simple daily rituals, I look forward to going in, getting plugged into source, supporting my nervous system & staying in my blissipline discipline🌅very much.

Great festival for the heart, soul, recharge & replenishment ✨

Wow… what an incredibly beautiful and powerfully held weekend filled with so much love.

FUMP yet again has been another deeply magical and highly connective experience and it truly gets better every single year.

The festival continues to evolve beautifully, with even more natural healing on offer now such as Tapping, yoga, art workshops, laughter yoga, massage, and an additional chill out area & stage catering to even more tastes within this happy, safe, soul nourishing space we all cherish.

The healing connections this weekend were absolutely beautiful and incredibly expansive.

🌱Entering into deep root cause conversations with people was enough to shine light onto areas needing love, awareness, and release,empowering people with golden realisations about how to let go of and where to place focus on through love, strength, and deep silence to hear own inner truth.
💎The sessions themselves were out of this world and never cease to surprise me.

Clients allowing themselves to fully enter theta state and access the subconscious mind… reports of feeling floaty, deeply heart connected, and experiencing powerful visions and images that were clearly needing to be seen for each individual’s own healing journey. Every single session was held and given with all my heart.

Healing while listening to reggae and beautiful beats flowing through the space was pure magic… hearing joy, laughter, connection, delish food smells and love all around.

Then came the barefoot dancing after hours, where my love for underground techno truly came alive as my body moved freely to every incredible rhythm and beat.

Big Thank you to Fump for everything and thank you to all who chose to connect to their higher self…you will be held compassionately with the energies & you will continue to honour your own hearts with purer love.

I am super grateful and smiling inside for weeks to come.

I will be healing summer solstice in Harlow…sacred lands for sacred people to come gather🔥🥰

Why the Acorn Project means so much to me 🤍

I’ve spent nearly 30 years in nursing. I genuinely loved it, and I’ve cared for so many people over the years In Learning Disability, Mental Health and Children & Families services as both a nurse and public health nurse. But working in overstretched systems, constant pressure, not enough staff, and just emotional overload… it eventually caught up with me.
I left back 2021 …this wasn’t easy especially as a single parent but I got to a point where I choose my own happiness, even not knowing what was next. Since then I have worked on the agency to keep hand in and compliment my heart led offerings as Soul Sugar Reiki.

Since Reiki came into my life in 2016, everything profoundly shifted. Very quickly I started feeling more calm, more grounded, more like myself again.
It gave me the space and courage to follow my heart and step into something more aligned.

One important remembrance I’ve really come to understand is… your energy is your currency. The universe really does respond when you start living more like you.

I care deeply about the NHS world, the patients waiting too long, and the staff absolutely running on empty. I get it, because I’ve lived it. And I also fully respect that holistic healing isn’t everyone’s thing. Healing can look different for everyone…sometimes it’s just being heard, breathing again, or finally feeling a bit of support after holding everything in for so long.

From the moment I connected with the Founder, Sam I felt our vision and values align instantly…a shared passion for bringing more compassion, humanity, and genuine care back into our communities.

That’s exactly why the Acorn Project hits home to our hearts…
The “roots to rise” ethos is what is needed because so many people are out there feeling overwhelmed, unseen, isolated, and honestly just trying to get through the day in systems that are stretched beyond belief.
This project is about slowing things down, creating space to feel safe, feel heard, and giving people simple, real tools to support themselves while they wait for services to meet more needs.

Going with the flow with positive powerful intentions and leaning into the energy of trust will get you far beautiful souls…😍

“This is happening for my highest good.
I release blame, victimhood, and the need to control everything.

As I raise my energy through awareness, self responsibility, and compassion, I naturally attract healthier experiences, clearer opportunities, and more peaceful connections.

I allow myself to flow with life instead of fighting against it.
What is meant for me will meet me in the right energy.”

From a Reiki oriented mindset, the focus is often on:

✨observing rather than reacting,
✨clearing emotional heaviness,
✨staying open hearted, and trusting that your internal state influences how you experience life.

That doesn’t mean ignoring pain or pretending difficult things are “good.” It means ✨choosing✨ not to stay trapped in resentment or helplessness.
✨Gratitude and ✨presence can help shift attention toward possibility, resilience, and connection.

A balanced version of this mindset is:

We Feel emotions honestly.
We Learn from experiences.
We Keep boundaries and discernment.
We Stay connected to gratitude and purpose.
We Avoid self blame while still taking ownership of our direction.

“Higher energy” in practical terms often looks like:

✨clearer thinking,
✨less fixation on conflict,
✨more compassion,
✨healthier choices
✨stronger intuition.

People often notice that when they consistently operate from that state, their relationships, opportunities, and overall wellbeing begin to change too.
