Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (TOS) can cause pain, tingling, numbness, weakness or heaviness around the neck, shoulder, arm or hand, particularly during overhead activities.

Physiotherapy can help identify factors contributing to your symptoms and provide a personalised, conservative management plan focused on improving movement, strength and function.

If these symptoms sound familiar, an assessment may be worthwhile. 🌿
