Are you looking for emotional support after completing cancer treatment, but not sure what would be best?

It's natural to experience ongoing emotional challenges as you recover from cancer, and you may already be thinking about accessing support.

It can be difficult to know what type of support might be best for you.

Cancer Support UK offer a free one hour FOCUS FORWARDS session run as a session on Zoom that you attend once, to help you start to understand why you're feeling the way you do, and how you can begin to change that.

Our popular coffee morning is back! ☕️🍰

Tanya will be talking about wig do’s and don’ts, care and maintenance, along with a demonstration!

on Wednesday 12th August lunchtime drop in workshop under the shelter Colchester Hospital Wellbeing Garden .
