Finally catching a breather as the temperature drops. 🌤️

A change in the weather can sometimes bring a little more space to pause, rest and reset.

When we’re not putting so much energy into simply getting through the heat, it can feel easier to slow down and notice what we need.

However today feels for you, taking it one day at a time is enough. 🌿☕
