Building strength + power through targeted ranges of motion 💥

Today we focused on two key zones:
🔹 90–100°
🔹 100–115°

Why? Because this is where we can maximise force production and develop explosive output ⚡️ Muscles tend to be strongest through mid to upper ranges—so we trained speed × power to re-engage fast-twitch fibres and build real athletic explosiveness.

Triple Hop Test 🦵💥

A key performance test in late-stage ACL rehab (Phase 3), the Triple Hop Test assesses strength, power, balance, and limb symmetry before returning to sport.

👉 How to perform:
Start on one leg, then perform 3 consecutive forward hops as far as possible, landing and stabilising each time on the same leg. Measure total distance and compare both sides.

✅ Why it matters (Phase 3 ACL protocol):
• Evaluates functional strength and explosive power
• Identifies side-to-side asymmetries
• Builds confidence in dynamic single-leg loading
• Helps guide safe return-to-sport decisions

Progressing to this stage means your knee is ready for higher-level demands—but only if movement quality and control are solid!
