Earth Yoga at The Menopause Wellbeing Studio is cancelled tonight as many of you are watching this once in a lifetime eclipse.

Yoga will still be here next week ... the eclipse won't.

Enjoy. 🌻

Hi, I'm Gail and starting this coming Wednesday 5th August I will be teaching Earth Yoga at The Menopause Wellbeing Studio in Sydney Street to help support you on this journey as you and your body move through change.

Menopause brings physical, emotional and hormonal shifts - and your practice should meet you right where you are. These classes are designed with slow, gentle movement, accessible pranayama (breathwork) and restorative guided meditation to release tension, ease anxiety, improve sleep and support your changing body with care and compassion, and importantly - creating space to reconnect to yourself.

Together we will practice forms to help build strength and balance without overwhelming your body - the focus is on how it feels and not how it looks so you can skip a pose and lie down if that's what you need in that moment.

Mats and props are provided so come as you are and wear whatever you feel comfortable in. There is no need to buy special 'yoga clothes'.

7pm to 8pm

August x 4 sessions £36

Drop in £11

Open to anyone on their menopause journey, not sure, or think you might be.

Message to book or feel free to message me to ask any questions or arrange a call.

I am so happy to become a part of this amazing community Julie is creating and look forward to meeting you all and sharing practice with you.

Warmest wishes

No pressure to perform, do what feels right for your body. After all yoga is there for your body; your body is not there for yoga.

Discover what feels good for your body, mind and soul.

Wear whatever you feel comfortable to move in. I wear cooking elastic waist trousers and a vest top.

Poses can be adapted for each body ... every body is different.

I'd love to share these practices with you and if you have any questions, please feel to message me. No obligation.

Warmest wishes

This practice is for you if you are looking to slow down, relax, de-stress, feel nourished and new.

A deeply grounding and down to earth practice, yin yoga guides you to slow down, deepen your connection with your body, find stillness and the quiet within. Space to just BE in this crazy and busy world we live in.

This class is suitable for beginners - forms are held longer, transitions are slow and mindful. They are as important as the forms. There is no rush. Just being with your body in the moment.

The last 20 minutes will be Yoga Nidra where you can make yourself comfortable with pillows and blankets and settle down for some guided meditative rest.

Nidra practice brings you into a Theta brainwave state, deep relaxation and restfullness (known as yogic sleep) where waves of calm begin to wash over you like a gentle ocean tide.

Message me to book your space or ask me any questions.

Bring a pillow and a blanket.
