SATURDAY 15 AUGUST 10am - 1pm

Would you know what to do if someone collapsed… or had an accident at home?

This relaxed, hands-on 3-hour workshop will help you feel calm, confident and ready to act in those “what if” moments.

No prior experience needed 💛

What we’ll cover:
✔️ What to do in an emergency & when to call 999
✔️ CPR (adult) & how to use a defibrillator
✔️ Recovery position
✔️ Bleeding & minor injuries
✔️ Burns (cool it, cover it… call if needed)

👉 This workshop focuses on adult first aid.

Meet Max 💙

Max is one of our female CPR training manikins here at Silver Spiral Health & Training, Tiptree.

Did you know that women are less likely to receive bystander CPR than men during a cardiac arrest? Research suggests that hesitation, uncertainty and concerns about touching a woman's chest can all contribute to this disparity.

The reality is simple: CPR saves lives, regardless of gender.

Max helps our learners gain confidence in recognising cardiac arrest, delivering effective CPR and using an AED (defibrillator) on a female casualty. The more we practise, the more likely we are to act when it really matters.
