Through grounding movement and rest within restorative meditation and sound healing, you’ll walk away feeling like you again. But more rooted. More open. More radiant.

A flower field walk, a nourishing lunch and a circle to gather our thoughts, journal from our hearts and celebrate our magic.

Full Moon Gong Bath - Wednesday at 8.15PM 🌕

The entry of Eclipse season and the last gong bath of summer before we transition into Autumn.

Eclipse season intensifies the energy of the moons and so this full moon will be a feeler and possible sleep disrupter…

This is due to the power portals of change and transformation that eclipses bring, meaning it is the ultimate time to let go. Gong being the tonic to do just that.

Whether it’s physical, energetic or the mind, the ocean of sound will vibrate through you and guide you towards a deeper sleep and lighter being.

She is rewilding the land and growing flowers to celebrate a 'grown not flown' offering. We will have the opportunity to explore the land on a foraging walk as part of our time together.

I have a limited offering each month. On Tuesdays in Brentwood and Wednesdays and Saturdays in North Essex (occasional Saturday in Brentwood). But only one of these each month. I protect my energy and time to be able to offer my most authentic offerings to those who explore this journey of healing.
