Plantar fasciitis is pain on the bottom of your foot, around your heel and arch. The pain is usually the worst with the first few steps in the morning, although it also can be triggered by long periods of standing or when you get up from sitting.
Rest, ice packs and comfortable shoes can help with plantar fasciitis or if you can seek advice from a PF physiotherapist who will be able assist further. Find one near you here: https://ow.ly/JUne50RP35P
