I’ve been a little quiet lately because I’ve been keeping a BIG secret 🤫

We’re moving Moonstone Head Spa (up the road) and I cannot wait to share this beautiful new space with you and more of Moonstone ✨

I’m huge on manifesting and believe that our beliefs, mind and energy are SO powerful which led me to this reality that I manifested almost 2 years ago. (I can’t wait to share how this happened with you) 💫

Your nervous system plays a huge role in everything you do which is why I’m so passionate about my practice, I’m so much more than ‘just’ a head spa. (If you know you know 🫶🏽) I nurture your nervous system back to safety enabling you to experience true presence in this crazy world we currently live in. You too have the power to make your dreams a reality you just have to align, be present and free yourself and your nervous system… anyway more on that soon!

Please bare with this 9 month post partum mumma, ‘woo woo’ business woman on a mission as I juggle setting up a new sanctuary whilst working, protecting my energy, being a mum to a teenager, 2 babies, a partner and a little sleep deprived 🤏🏽 😮‍💨 ✌🏽

POV: your sisters a head spa therapist, gave you a treatment, got to the end and thought ‘wait I’ll get some content!’

But it went terribly and all we got was laughs 😭😂

I’m not even sorry about my laugh 😏✌🏽

P.s content is never usually taken like this, we were having a sibling moment 😂 If you ever opt for being happy to have content filmed, it’s done in amoungst the treatment naturally 🫶🏽

I’ve been thinking about this for a long time! And it’s happening ✨

But first I’m looking for a mother and new born baby (under 12 weeks) to come at a heavily discounted rate to have some content filmed.

Both mother and baby must be happy to be filmed and available on Thursday 1st October at 1.30pm. This will be baby led, no rushing just taking the treatment as it comes. Extra time for content and if baby needs feeding or anything else.

As a mum of 3 (especially having a 9 month old) this is the perfect post partum treatment and I can’t wait to bring it to you.

I finally get it…

You don’t need permission to treat yourself, if it feels uncomfortable or if you feel guilty, do it anyway because you absolutely deserve it 🫶🏽

I used to think doing something all the time was a hype and it’s not. Being present, slowing down and just being is the one. Thankfully I created a job where I can be fully in the moment, even though I still struggle (outside of work) to do things just for me.

Go shopping? End up buying something for the kids.
Chill day at home? End up doing house work.
Sit back and watch a film? End up not watching it because I think of a billion things I need to do.
The list goes on…

Moonstone is way more than just a head spa. It’s a feeling, it’s an experience it’s where your nervous system actually slows down to rest. If you’ve been before you’ll know it’s something you can’t really explain, you have to experience it to get it 🌙
