The Big Boys have been put through their paces this week 🫡

A whole lot of sweat, blood and swear words.. but working double hard to step up to the next level 🫡 Leaving no stone un-turned.

Show up week in, week out and you’ll see the progress. Nobody is perfect. We are on a constant learning curve and we don’t leave anybody behind. Big things to come for some of these men. We’ve built a little unit and we’ve got plenty of room to make that unit a solid foundation 🫡

Big start to the week.

Lots of new members and new faces. Boys working hard ready for their respective bouts in a few weeks. Defensive work being drilled in so it becomes second nature.. the attacking part is just for fun 🤪

Few more women added to the mix.. we’re busy building. You know what they say, “if you can’t beat them join them”.. I live for this.

💥 ATTENTION MEMBERS 💥

In the next couple of days you will receive an email from DYNO. This is our new APP that we are launching where you will be able to access your memberships, QR codes, buy merch online and make payments directly on there too etc. There may also be a live competition running between members on the app so keep an eye out and make sure you do what you can to keep the top spot!

Please just click on the link in the email and sign up using the SAME email address you used when you originally signed up to the gym. It should be as straight forward as that, but if you have any issues then please let Yelena know!

Parents of members who are enrolled in the Teens/Kids classes: you will have to sign up under the name of the parent and email of who originally signed your child up. You will be able to give your child access to the app, but their actions on the app will have limited access.

🥊 EDGARDO’S ELITE TURNS ONE 🥊

One year ago, we opened these doors. Some people doubted we would last. They said that a GIRL could not thrive in this sport, they said we were clutching at straws. Today, we prove every single one of them wrong. We didn’t just build a gym. We built a family.

To our incredible members: thank you. Thank you for turning up, putting in the work, sweating, bleeding, and giving this place your absolute all. You are the heartbeat of this gym, and your energy makes this community what it is. We are so incredibly grateful for the loyalty and dedication you show us every single day.

There are not enough words to thank my family, my friends and my unreal staffing team for everything you guys put into me and the gym to make this first year what it has been. I love and appreciate you guys more than you’ll ever realise ❤️

The last two weeks have been building from strength to strength.

From K1 with jacks class preparing for up and coming shows- all boys looking sharp , boxing with Nathan classes and strength and conditioning with Ray.
Junior and kids classes are busy and they all learning at every session.

This year so far we have been to shows pulled in what has been our mission from day one. We are growing, producing and showing the area what we are about.

The next year ahead we are going to be doing exactly the same. We will be hosting shows with a new organisation, power lifting comps and fun days.
We will be building a strong class for woman who want to box or just train. So jump on our ride the train don’t just stop at Colchester.

With new gym equipment in the lower section watch this space!

New woman’s class will be advertised on the page and on our website. So join in, come and get fit and learn something that is out of your comfort zone.
