As the seasons begin to change, join Sam from Shift with Sam and Zoe from Silver Spiral for a special evening inspired by the balance of the Autumn Equinox. ✨
We’ll begin with a guided Soma Breath® session, combining rhythmic breathing with specially designed music to help settle the nervous system, quiet the mind and release tension. 🎶🌬️

Then, completely relax as Sam and Zoe work together to offer a Group Reiki Healing. 💜 You can choose to receive Reiki hands-on or hands-off, whichever feels most comfortable for you.

The Autumn Equinox is a celebration of balance, marking the transition into autumn and reminding us to find harmony within ourselves as the seasons change. 🍁

I always enjoy setting up the space ready for Reiki training 💜

We have a FULL class tomorrow... including Kevin, our manikin, who has already claimed his place! 😂

I’m looking forward to a fun day playing with the energy, and welcoming and empowering a new group of Reiki 1 (Shoden) students to begin working with Reiki for themselves, their friends, family and pets 🐾✨

It occurred to me that, although there are lots of sound therapies and Gong Baths on offer these days, if you’ve never experienced one before, you may be wondering what actually happens at a Gong Bath?

As we have the esteemed Colin Tofts of Mala Yoga & Sound Bath joining us in Tiptree for our Energy Gong Bath, I thought I’d share a little guide to what you can expect. 👇
We’ll begin the evening with some gentle energy movement from standing (Qigong), helping you settle, loosen up and prepare for the experience. Then it’s time to get comfortable, lie back and immerse yourself in the sounds and vibrations of the gongs and other instruments.
