We’re Hiring: Funeral Arranger & Administrator
R Gwinnell & Sons Funeral Directors are looking for a compassionate, organised, and professional individual to join our team at our Colchester office.
About the Role:
As a Funeral Arranger & Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting families during difficult times.
You’ll be responsible for arranging funerals with care and attention, as well as handling administrative duties to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meeting with families to arrange funeral services with empathy and professionalism.
• Managing documentation and administrative processes.
• Coordinating with colleagues, suppliers, and third parties.
• Ensuring all arrangements are carried out with dignity and respect.
What We’re Looking For:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• A compassionate and understanding nature.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.
