Liz Archer Yoga

Liz Archer Yoga Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Prenatal, Post natal and Mum and baby yoga Hi I'm Liz,

I'm a yoga teacher, knitting enthusiast and chocolate lover in Colchester.

I'm really passionate about the countless benefits that yoga can offer to everyone. I have been practicing yoga for 8 years now, and love practicing yoga every day. Yoga has helped me through family bereavement and illness; keeping me centered, balanced and grounded. The philosophy of yoga has helped me tap into my inner light and wisdom, the physical practice of yoga helping me calm my mind into

a meditative state and pranayama techniques helping me find balance during stressful times.

I bring all this knowledge and experience to each class I teach; privately or in a group. Namasté,
Liz x

Sometimes all you need is to move. ✨

This is a short Vinyasa flow from one of my evening classes, designed to help you create space in the body, connect with your breath and move with intention.

Yoga isn't about achieving the "perfect" pose. It's about noticing how your body feels today and moving in a way that supports it.

In this sequence, we're working on:
🌿 Strength and stability
🌿 Mobility through the hips and spine
🌿 Balance
🌿 Coordinating movement with breath

Whether you've been practising for years or you're just getting started, every flow can be adapted to suit your body.

If you've been thinking about coming to class but weren't sure if it's "for you", this is your reminder that you don't need to be flexible or experienced to begin. You just need to start.

I'd love to welcome you to one of my evening Vinyasa classes. 🤍

🌚 YIN WORKSHOP
Friday 15th May
🕰 1930 - 2100 on Zoom

🧘‍♀️ Align your body, mind, and spirit with the quiet power of the New Moon—a time for turning inward, releasing the old, and planting seeds for what’s to come.

💫 This 90-minute workshop blends the deeply restorative practice of Yin Yoga with guided journaling to help you let go of what no longer serves you and create space for new intentions. Through long-held, floor-based postures, we’ll soften tension in the hips, spine, and heart centre while inviting stillness into the nervous system.

📝 You’ll explore gentle writing prompts inspired by the New Moon’s energy of renewal, clarity, and self-reflection.

🌑 You’ll leave feeling grounded, clear, and reconnected to your inner voice, physically and emotionally lighter and rooted in new intentions for the lunar cycle ahead.

☺️ Bring: A journal, pen, and props to support your practice; cushions, blanket, blocks (can use books if you don't have yoga blocks), strap (or a belt) bolster, water bottle.
