On Monday EWS and Kinder Essex went out on a litterpick along Clacton Seafront. The locals were very appreciative. We are so lucky to have such a nice beach and well kept gardens along our stretch of coast, we must all do our bit to look after it.

Before and during the the Colchester Pride event last Saturday. Always a good vibe.

Today I'm at Open Road Colchester providing NHS Health Checks. I witnessed the lovely volunteer Sarah go above and beyond to help a service user with housing issues. I wanted to bring attention to what these guys are doing down here in the trenches. The patience and perserverance demonstrated is heart warming. Thanks for all you do guys πŸ‘πŸ½πŸ‘πŸ½πŸ‘πŸ½

Here's a caption you could use for Essex Wellbeing Service's page:

πŸ’š Talk to Us – This July, every conversation matters. πŸ’š

July marks the Samaritans' Talk to Us campaign, a reminder that talking can be the first step towards feeling better.

Whether you're going through a difficult time, feeling overwhelmed, or simply need someone to listen, you don't have to face it alone. Reaching out isn't a sign of weakness – it's a sign of strength.

At Essex Wellbeing Service, we're committed to supporting the mental wellbeing of our communities. If you're struggling, take a moment to check in with yourself, reach out to someone you trust, or access the support that's available.

And remember, you can make a difference too. A simple conversation, a kind question, or taking the time to listen could mean more than you realise.

Let's keep the conversation going this July and remind each other that it's okay to talk. πŸ’š
