To help us give every client the best possible treatment experience, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment 🤎

Even arriving 5–10 minutes late can impact treatment time more than many people realise, as your appointment slot also includes consultation time, possibly colour choosing, getting settled, changing, aftercare advice and ensuring everything is carried out to the highest standard.

We will always do our absolute best to accommodate late arrivals where possible, however occasionally small adjustments to treatments may need to be made in order to keep the salon running on time for all clients throughout the day.

Arriving on time helps us give you the relaxing, unhurried experience you deserve — while also respecting the appointments of our other valued clients booked after you ✨
