We're excited to launch our 6-Week Walking Programme - six Thursday evenings of guided, scenic walks around Coleraine, Castlerock, Portstewart and Mountsandel.

What an amazing session with the fantastic children at the Zachary Geddis Trust! 💙

The children completed a fun worksheet exploring the areas they want to thrive in, the goals they would like to achieve, and then brought their dreams to life by creating their own Positive Vision Story Boards. 🌟📝✂️

These activities encourage:
🌈 Positive thinking
💭 Goal setting
💪 Confidence building
🎯 Self-belief
✨ Creativity and imagination

It was wonderful to see each child's unique vision for their future and to watch their confidence grow throughout the session. Every dream starts with believing it's possible! 💖

✨ Celebrating Success at NWRC Limavady ✨

What a wonderful evening celebrating with students from the Level 3 VTCT Reflexology Class of 2026 at NWRC Limavady.

Although life takes over sometimes and not everyone could make our celebration dinner, it was important to take a moment to recognise and celebrate this incredible achievement. 🎉

I have had the privilege of supporting and encouraging these ladies throughout their learning journey, and it has been amazing to watch all 7 students grow in confidence, develop their skills, and achieve something they once thought might not be possible.

As a lecturer, one of the greatest rewards is seeing my knowledge, expertise, and passion passed on to the next generation of therapists. I am incredibly proud of each and every one of you. 💜

You are now qualified, confident Reflexologists, and I am thrilled to see so many of you taking the exciting step of starting your own businesses and following your dreams.

Remember to celebrate every goal you achieve—big or small—because your hard work, dedication, and perseverance deserve recognition. ✨

What a fantastic session with our amazing Armoy 55–94 Years Community Group! 😊✨

This week, participants got creative and made beautiful trinket bowls from clay. 👐🏺 The room was filled with laughter, conversation, and creativity as everyone enjoyed learning new skills and expressing themselves through pottery.

💪 Helps improve hand strength and fine motor skills
🎨 Boosts creativity and self-expression

A huge thank you to the Armoy Community 55yrs+ Group for welcoming me, Lynn from LK Well-being & Empowerment, for a positive and uplifting Vision Therapy Session. 💜

It was fantastic to spend time with 27 participants, exploring techniques to support relaxation, focus, well-being, and positive thinking. 🌈😊 The energy, enthusiasm, and engagement from everyone made the session truly special.

We had a fantastic time delivering a Vinted Taster Workshop with participants from Limavady! 😊

The young people really enjoyed learning all about Vinted, including how to buy, sell, and make the most of the platform. 📱👕👖

There was lots of enthusiasm, great questions, and plenty of interest in exploring the platform further. 🌟

We're delighted that many of the participants have already asked about joining my 6-week Vinted Programme, where we'll cover everything in much more detail, including:
