The Summer Slowdown 🌙

We’re coming together on the full moon for a magic evening at the Arcadia before summer starts to turn

Cacao, slow yoga, breathwork and sound. A chance to slow everything down, get out of the head and back into the body and just have a bit of space to yourself.

Maria will open our evening with cacao and ritual 🤎 I’ll then guide us through slow, embodied yoga and breathwork, before Debbie brings us into deep rest with a beautiful soundbath.

An evening to soften, breathe, move and rest. We would love for you to join in on the magic ✨

This week’s theme in class is returning to our centre ✨

The steadier place within us, the part of us that’s still there underneath all the noise and everything else going on in life.

A lot more focus has been spent on breathing recently and we have been spending a bit of time exploring a full 360 breath, feeling the breath move into the front, sides and back of the body. It can be such a simple way to get out of the head, come back into the body and feel a little more centred. (One of my most favourites)

We’re also using Hakini Mudra, gently bringing all the fingertips together. This mudra can help with focus and balance and I love how it feels like we’re bringing all the different parts of ourselves back together.

We brought this into a Half Moon flow too, playing with balance and noticing that it’s not really about never wobbling. It’s about how we come back to ourselves when we do

Debbie and I have created this class as a space to slow down in the middle of the week, to breathe, move gently and receive the beautiful healing sounds of the crystal bowls and simply take some time for yourself.

There’s no pressure to be flexible or experienced. Just come exactly as you are and let us take care of the rest ✨

We’re back! 🥳 I’m so excited!

It’s been a while, but Yoga, Sauna & Sea is back on the beautiful Portstewart Strand. 🌊✨

Join me on Saturday 25th July for a relaxing morning of movement, connection and sea air.

🧘‍♀️ 8:00–9:00am – Beach Yoga
🌊🔥 9:00–10:00am – Sauna & Sea

We’ll also enjoy a nourishing snack and drink together in between.

Take time to move your body, slow down, connect with like-minded people, and leave feeling refreshed, re-energised and ready for the rest of your weekend.

A little round-up of some of my favourite moments from the last week. 💛 It’s been a busy, fun-filled week, and such a privilege to be part of lovely events and classes.

I especially loved the Mum & Baby Yoga classes. It was so beautiful watching the mums and babies relax together, slow down, and simply be. Those moments were really special. 🤍

And celebrating the beautiful bride to be Grace- theming a personal practice for the gals and being in such a stunning location was just gorgeous!

I’m clocking off for a couple of weeks to fill up my own cup. ✨ Classes will be back from mid-July, and I can’t wait to see you then.

Thank you so much for all your support, your kindness, and every conversation we’ve shared over the last week (and this morning too). I’m so grateful for this community. You’re all amazing. 🤍 x
