Thanks notice from the family of the late Dib McCollum

The family of the late Dib McCollum wish to express their heartfelt thanks to everyone who sympathized with them on their recent bereavement.

We would especially like to thank all who called at the family home, sent cards, messages of support and attended the funeral or helped in any way.

Special thanks to his carers, the district nurses and Dr Shannon for calling at the home, the Ambulance Service and the staff at Causeway Hospital.

Sincere thanks to Rev Amanda Adams for all the support she provided to the family and for conducting the funeral service.

Lastly we would like to thank Ivan Murdock and Son, Funeral Directors, for the professional and caring manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements.

Trusting this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.

McDaid – 24th August 2026 (peacefully) at Brookmount Private Nursing Home, Mansy R.I.P., (formerly of 942 Rockmount Gardens, Articlave), dearly beloved husband of the late Kathleen, loving father of Angela and Tina, devoted granda of Aaron, Gareth, Jill, Jamie and Corey and a cherished great-granda.

Funeral leaving his former home on Thursday at 11.00am for 11.30am requiem mass in St. Marys Church, Dunboe followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery.

Family and friends welcome at Murdock’s Funeral Home, 2a Windsor Avenue, Coleraine on Wednesday evening between 6.00pm and 9.00pm.

Brian, beloved husband of the late Jennifer (Jenny), much loved Daddy of Grace and Peter, dear Father-in-Law to Jemma and Paddy, devoted Granda to Bella, Sofia, Olly, Ava and Connie, loved brother of David Cochrane.

Service in Hazelbank Presbyterian Church, Hazelbank Road, Coleraine on Wednesday 26th August 2026 at 12.00noon followed by interment in Coleraine Cemetery.

One Year Anniversary of Eileen Matthews.

A year without our ‘Dancing Queen’!

Everyday that passes you are warmly remembered with the love and kindness you gave everyone.

We chat about you daily making sure your memory stays alive and grows stronger within Ciara, Jack, Abbie, Noah and Molly.

Day trips, holidays, Sunday Lunch and special occasions will never be the same again but we know you’re always with us in everything we do.

You were taken too soon and it’s been a difficult year without you but also one of reflection, remembering the good times filled with so much love, laughter and happy tears.

Life with you was wonderful and we were blessed to be a huge part of it.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who offered love and support last year during such a difficult time. Every card sent from around the world showed how much of a mark you left.

A special thanks to your care team at home, Causeway Hospital, Portrush Presbyterian Church and Ivan Murdock and Sons for their care and professionalism. It was greatly appreciated.
