An afternoon filled with music and smiles! 🎶💙

We had a lovely afternoon enjoying live music from Gerard McLaughlin, singing along to all the familiar favourites. There was plenty of toe tapping, smiling and great company all round.

Another lovely visit from Roxy! 🐾🤍

Our residents were delighted to spend more time with Roxy during her latest pet therapy visit. It's been wonderful to see everyone getting to know her, while Roxy is becoming more familiar with all the friendly faces here too.

We're looking forward to watching these special friendships continue to grow with each visit. 🐶

Making the most of the sunshine, one flower at a time. 🌷🌼

With the beautiful weather last week, Marianne and some of our residents who enjoy gardening spent time tidying up our pots and planting colourful flowers around our home. It was a lovely way to enjoy the sunshine while adding even more colour and beauty to our outdoor spaces. ☀️

We can't wait to watch everything bloom. 🥰

Keeping active together. 💙

Our residents enjoyed another fantastic chairobics session with Jemma, taking part in gentle exercises designed to encourage movement, mobility and wellbeing.

As always, there were plenty of smiles, encouragement and everyone enjoyed getting involved at their own pace. ☺️

What a fantastic afternoon of music and laughter! 🎶💙

A huge thank you to Anne Fisher and her brother John for joining us and providing wonderful entertainment. Our residents loved singing along and joining in with a seated Hokey Cokey. 🎉

Collins, one of our carers, also joined in the fun, sharing a dance with some of our lovely ladies, which brought plenty of smiles all round. ☺️

Thank you to Anne and John for such an enjoyable afternoon. 🫶

Another wonderful Tai Chi session with Wei. 🧘💙

Our residents enjoyed another gentle session with Wei, combining chair-based Tai Chi movements to promote mobility, flexibility and wellbeing, all while having fun together. ☺️

Wei is now taking a well-earned summer break, so we'll be looking forward to welcoming her back in September. Thank you, Wei, for all your fantastic sessions, we'll see you soon!

Meet Roxy! 🐾💙

Roxy is Jake's sister and our newest Pets as Therapy dog, having recently passed her assessment.

Yesterday was Roxy's very first visit, and she was an instant hit with our residents. There were plenty of smiles, gentle cuddles and happy faces all round, and we think Roxy enjoyed meeting everyone just as much!

We can't wait to welcome her back again soon. 🐶
