Happy Easter 🐣💛

March - a beautiful wedding, baby shower magic, and lots of lovely memories 🤍

But then came the last Friday breaking up from school for the holidays and suddenly every pregnancy symptom decided to arrive at once 🫠😅

So while March has been full of sparkle... the reality of my Easter holidays will look a little more like the final pictures…
me on the ball, battling back pain and swollen ankles 🫣😅

Still grateful... just slightly less glamorous right now 🤰🏼✨

There’s something about the sea that resets everything… your mind, your energy and your skin 🌊

Back from holiday and slowly finding my rhythm again, I’ve noticed my skin craving the same things I do after time away: hydration, gentle detox and a few quiet moments of care

Sun, travel, late nights and salty air are beautiful for the soul… but they can leave skin feeling a little tired, dehydrated or congested. So right now I’m keeping things simple with a soft post-holiday reset:

Last night I attended my first sound bath ✨

It was truly grounding… a moment to slow down, breathe deeply, and just be 🤍

A gentle reminder that self-care comes in so many forms… sometimes it’s skincare rituals, sometimes it’s stillness, sometimes it’s sound 🌙

Creating these moments of calm (inside and out) is something I’m learning to prioritise more 🤍✨

I’d really recommend everyone trying a sound bath at least once 💫🧘‍♀️
