‼️IMPORTANT UPDATE: Delay with Hospital Clinic Letters

Please be aware that, due to a major restructuring of secretarial services across Grantham, Lincoln and Boston hospitals, there are currently significant delays in the typing and processing of hospital clinic letters.

As a result, Colsterworth Surgery may experience delays in receiving clinic correspondence and responses to queries sent directly to hospital departments. Unfortunately, our surgery team is unable to contact individual hospital departments to expedite these requests.

If you need to chase a clinic letter, hospital appointment, or test result, please contact the Patient Services Hub directly on 01522 573200.

Due to extremely low staffing levels in the Dispensary this week, please wait until you receive a text message confirming that your medication is ready to collect.

Our staff are working hard to ensure prescriptions are prepared within our usual 3 working day timescale.

There are a range of services that are available to you over the Half term and how to access them. This includes the range of services available and includes pharmacy opening hours as these are more limited over the bank holiday weekend.

Our South Witham Memory Café is being held this coming Tuesday - 19th of May, from 10am-12noon. We are a friendly supportive group, with healthcare workers on hand to give advice and guidance. Free activities, refreshments & welcoming chat.
