Jinshanling section of the Great Wall of China is the most beautiful so far on the challenge!🇨🇳

The team hiked to the highest watchtower of the entire wall today! Their legs were definitely feeling it but the mountain views and remembering the reason they're all there helped them get to the end.

They were rewarded by eating lunch on the wall with the most amazing backdrop!🍚

Three days of trekking complete two more to go... wish them luck!

Today our team trekked original parts of the wall that link three famous sections... Gubeikou, Jinshanling and Simatai!🥾

It was a rough day, starting with rain, with miles of ruined towers, collapsed parts of the wall and dirt tracks but our team didn't back down!🧡

They met the challange of covering 27 watchtowers... see how many you can count in the pictures!

🥾Today was the warm up walk for Team Visyon in China…their legs made it through countless steps along the Taipingzhai section of the Great Wall of China…some parts are over 600 years old! ⛩

Tomorrow is a very challenging walk, around 8 hours walking through 27 watch towers! 🧡

Linda recently met with the front of house team at The Academy restaurant to hear their plans for Visyon's Gourmet Dining Experience.

The focus is usually on the chef's and the incredible food we get to enjoy on the night but just as much work goes into the event from these young people ensuring your experience from the minute you arrive is up to standard too...

🧡 from planning the set up of the room
🧡 the layout of the table
🧡 who will take you to your seat on the night
🧡 to who will top up your glasses with your carefully paired wines!

As you'll see from the photo that the team, led by Libby, had great fun planning and some take their roles very seriously, especially Kelsey and Caryn!
