As a child, I was a keen gymnast and trampolinist. Over the years, I sustained my fair share of injuries and I was amazed by the way my Osteopath managed to help me get back to training so quick! This has influenced my interest in sporting injuries over the years!
After 4 years at university studying a masters in Osteopathy, I then moved to Morzine in the French Alps for a winter to season to treat skiing and snowboarding injuries!
I now run the with fellow Osteo James, alongside running the with my fiancee !
When I’m not working I tend to be walking my 2 rather naughty doggies or swimming in freezing cold water somewhere!
