The staffed hours are

10am to till 8pm Monday to Friday
10am till 2 pm Saturday

If you are not a 24hour member and you come out of them hours and find a way in, you will be banned

If you let someone in without a key, you will be banned,

Everybody out of hours has to be accounted for!

Gym Notice,
When parking please do not park in front of the gates regardless of the time, these gates need access 24hours a day for the other business in the yard
