It’s Friday fun day! Group this morning. Just had a member lose -6lbs and not her first week! Wahoo! I lost -1.5lbs this morning so I’m happy with that. Let’s go 🚀

Don’t be saying ‘ah it’s the school holidays, I haven’t got time for me’ you absolutely have imagine rocking up to the school gates in September 1 stone lighter! How amazing would you feel!!
