💎It's not very often you have a diamond of a member of staff, and if you do have one, its not often they stay with the Practice for 43 years.

🌼This Thursday marks the end of an era with our very own diamond, Sandra Davies, leaving Bodreinallt to enjoy her well deserved retirement.

💐I am sure you will all join us in thanking Sandra for all her hard work over the years. Sandra you will be missed, but we truly wish you all the best in your retirement.

We are aware of an article published by the North Wales Pioneer and information displayed by Boots Pharmacy regarding changes to managed repeat prescription requests for patients registered at Bodreinallt, Gyffin and Llys Meddyg Surgeries.

We would like to clarify that no formal agreement or final decision has been made regarding any changes to the current repeat prescription ordering process. Discussions with local pharmacy colleagues were scheduled to take place to explore this matter and consider possible alternative arrangements. However, that meeting was cancelled and is currently awaiting rescheduling.

As these discussions have not yet taken place and no agreed outcome has been reached, we were disappointed to see information displayed publicly and shared on social media before collaborative discussions had concluded.

Our priority remains ensuring that patients continue to receive safe, effective, and accessible medication services. We are committed to working constructively with our pharmacy colleagues to review the arrangements in place and identify the best approach for our patients.

Should any changes be agreed in the future, patients will be informed directly and given sufficient notice and support to understand any implications.

We would ask patients not to be concerned by the reports currently circulating. At present, no changes have been implemented and services continue as normal while discussions remain ongoing.
