Its Monday! I know you are busy and you don't have time today to get up from your desk and take a break, so to relieve tension from your shoulders and back. Sit up straight in your chair, take your right arm and bring it straight across your chest.
with your left hand, grab your right elbow (or upper arm) and gently pull it closer to your body. Hold the stretch for 15 to 30 seconds. Repeat 3 times on each side.
