We understand that our clients lead busy and demanding lives and our regular days and times may not always be suitable. We are happy to offer flexibility when ever possible, please contact us directly to arrange this. Appointments are normally booked upto 4 weeks in advance, so please book early as not to be disappointed.

People often ask me how I balance working in the NHS alongside running my clinic.

The truth is, caring for people has always been at the heart of everything I do.

This year marks 25 years of working as a nurse in the NHS, and I'm incredibly proud to continue working there alongside welcoming clients to Kirsten Hartley MediClinic.

Although the settings are different, my approach has always been the same: taking the time to listen, understand your concerns and provide honest, professional advice that puts your wellbeing first.

When I opened the clinic, I wanted to create a space where people felt comfortable asking questions, discussing their goals and making informed decisions, without ever feeling under pressure.

It’s never been about following trends or recommending treatments that aren't right for you. Every consultation is personal because no two people, or their goals, are ever the same.

Whether you're visiting for skincare advice, your first aesthetic treatment or you're a returning client, you can expect expert care, a warm welcome and natural-looking results that help you feel like the best version of yourself.

One of the greatest privileges of my job is helping people feel more confident in themselves. 🤍

Confidence means something different to everyone.

For some, it's feeling happier in their skin. For others, it's looking a little more refreshed or simply feeling comfortable enough to leave the house without makeup.

Whatever brings someone to my clinic, my goal is always the same: to help them feel listened to, supported and cared for from the moment they walk through the door.

Receiving feedback like this means the world to me. Knowing that a client has left feeling happier and more confident than when they arrived is the most rewarding part of what I do.
