Some of you may start receiving text messages like the one shown below from FHP Planner.

✅ This is NOT a scam
✅ It has been sent directly by Pediglam
✅ The link is safe and secure

As part of improving my service, I am introducing digital patient records, appointment reminders, online forms, and eventually online booking.

If you receive a message asking you to complete a patient form, I would be very grateful if you could fill it in before your appointment. This helps me keep your records up to date and allows me to spend more time focusing on your treatment.

If you’re not comfortable completing the form online, that’s absolutely fine – we can complete it together when you attend your appointment.

⚠️ Important Notice ⚠️

Today I received an email from Health Shield asking me to verify two invoices that had been submitted for a claim.

One of the invoices was genuinely issued by me. However, the second invoice was not created by me, despite containing my business details.

As a registered business, I issue invoices only for treatments I have personally carried out. I take my professional responsibilities seriously, pay my taxes, and maintain accurate records of all treatments and invoices.

Using someone else’s business details to create a false invoice and make an insurance claim is fraud. I will not allow my business name or personal details to be used in this way.

This situation has been very upsetting and disappointing, and I felt it was important to make my patients aware. If you ever need a copy of your invoice or have any questions regarding paperwork issued by Pediglam, please contact me directly.
