This Saturday I went to The Royal College of Chiropractors Summer Conference in Birmingham where they had some fantastic speakers.

We learnt about sports injuries in kids and how development can vary widely between kids of the same age.
There were also talks on menopause and how declining female hormones can influence pain, osteoporosis and preventing density bone loss, how to make our practice more attuned to the specific needs of neurodivergent patients and how to make clinic spaces more dementia-friendly.

This weekend I attended The Everywoman Festival in London where I listened to talks on gut health, menopause, brain fog, pelvic floor health, PMOS (formerly called Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) and self-advocacy.

There were some great exhibitors and information on support groups too.
