It was an absolute Joy practising Yoga amongst the sunflowers this morning with these beauties❤️ Oh what fun we had 🙏🌻

Sunflowers symbolize happiness, Joy, loyalty, adoration, resilience and strength. Because young flowers turn to face the sun in a process called heliotropism, they represent unwavering faith, positive energy, and long life 🙏🌻

✨Step into a space of deep rest and vibration healing.
Allow sound to move through the body, quiet the mind, and reconnect you with your inner calm.✨

Please join us for a relaxing evening of Restorative Yoga with Vicky followed by a Sound Bath with Viv Roper.

Refreshments and tea will be served afterwards.

Sound Therapy presents a deeply relaxing, and yet powerful practice to help you relieve stress and fatigue. All you need to do is lie down on a comfortable mat, with a blanket and pillow and immerse yourself in sound vibrations. The instruments Viv uses are selected to calm and balance the body’s nervous system, with the intention of restoring you to optimum health and wellbeing.

Tonight in my second home, I looked through a telescope and watched the full moon up close. Every crater, every shadow, every detail took my breath away. 🌕✨

I’ve always loved the moon, but seeing it like this made me appreciate its beauty even more. Feeling completely speechless, grateful, and reminded that the most extraordinary things are often right above us 🙏
