As a new local business we take pride in our beautiful reviews ๐Ÿ’š the following review was from our first customers ๐Ÿคฉ

โœจ What a magical day spent reconnecting with nature, mindfulness, and some truly beautiful souls. From meeting the gentle horses, and the lovely Star and Paige, to saying hello to the magnificent Mr Basil, every moment felt calming, therapeutic, and full of wonder.
Sometimes all it takes is slowing down to notice the little things: dew on a cobweb, butterflies dancing through the fields, frogs frolicking, and grasshoppers hitching a ride. Nature has a wonderful way of giving you exactly what you need when you take the time to look.
Thank you for such a special experience. ๐Ÿ’š๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿด๐Ÿ

Our Walk and Talk sessions are designed to provide a relaxed and welcoming opportunity for people to connect, have conversations, and build relationships in an informal setting. These sessions encourage open discussion while enjoying a walk together, creating a comfortable environment where everyone can participate at their own pace.
We understand that meeting new people or joining a group can sometimes feel challenging. To ensure everyone feels supported and included, we are happy to accommodate additional time for a meet and greet before or after the walk. This gives individuals the chance to get to know others, ask questions, and settle in before taking part in the session.
Our aim is to make these activities accessible, inclusive, and enjoyable for everyone. If you feel you would benefit from extra time or support, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Together, we can create a welcoming space where everyone feels comfortable, valued, and connected.

During a total eclipse, take a moment to put away all technology and simply experience the changing world around you. As the Moon slowly covers the Sun, daylight fades into an unusual twilight, and a cool shade settles over the landscape. Notice how you feel in that moment. You may sense wonder, calm, excitement, or even a deep connection to nature. Pay attention to the animals around you as well. Birds may stop singing and head toward their roosts, insects may begin their evening sounds, and pets or livestock may act confused by the sudden darkness. Without screens or distractions, you can fully observe the subtle changes in the environment and appreciate the rare beauty of nature's most remarkable events.

Did you know the Impact of Menopause on ADHD Symptoms ?

I was in the stage of menopause at the age of 45, and it wasnโ€™t easy to get support due to my age, which also led to an ADHD diagnosis.

Menopause can significantly worsen ADHD symptoms in women. Hormonal changes during this period, particularly fluctuations in estrogen, can lead to increased difficulties with attention, memory, and emotional regulation.
Key Findings
Increased Severity: Many women report that their ADHD symptoms become more severe during perimenopause and menopause. A survey indicated that 94% of women experienced heightened ADHD symptoms during these stages.
Common Symptoms: The most frequently reported issues include:
Brain fog
Memory problems
Feelings of overwhelm
Hormonal Influence
Hormones play a crucial role in how ADHD symptoms manifest:
Hormone Effect on ADHD Symptoms
Estrogen Higher levels can improve focus and memory; lower levels can exacerbate symptoms.
Progesterone Fluctuations may lead to mood swings and irritability.
Testosterone Low levels can affect motivation and emotional stability.
Managing ADHD During Menopause
Women experiencing worsened ADHD symptoms during menopause can consider several strategies:
Hormone Therapy: Hormone replacement therapy may help alleviate some symptoms.
Lifestyle Adjustments: Regular exercise, a balanced diet, and good sleep hygiene can support overall brain health.
Coping Strategies: Techniques such as using planners, setting reminders, and breaking tasks into smaller steps can help manage daily challenges.
Understanding the connection between menopause and ADHD is essential for effective management and support during this transitional phase.
