Another year of Strongman Showdown, it was great to have the gang (minus 5 unfortunately!) both competing and helping me run the day.

We’ve grown from the ground up, and it’s been a cracking year with many more to go, and many more comps too 🔥

Switching on now, peaking up to a new 1RM attempt before my next comp prep, so today was fun!
