☀️Family hubs free activities over the school holidays!☀️

They have a broad offer in the May half term across all 4 days that are suitable for children and families of all ages to come together and have some fun.
In all of the family hubs there is a quiet space available if it is needed.

Come and join us to discuss issues affecting you and other patients.

Our GP Patient Participation Group (PPG) brings together patients, carers and practice staff to:

Hear your views, concerns and ideas
Recap previous actions and share new updates
Agree priorities and simple next steps to improve how we work

PPGs make real, constructive changes to the way services are provided at GP practice level. They also play a key role in encouraging healthier communities by sharing information, advice and support to help local people look after their health.

By getting involved, you can:

Help us better understand your needs and preferences
Support us to improve access, communication and patient experience
Be part of a positive, solution‑focused group working with (not against) the practice.
