Writing these books has been a true labour of love, and it still feels surreal to see them in print 🤯

Usui Reiki is an often misunderstood and undervalued system for accelerating natural healing and supporting spiritual growth. In modern teaching, it is frequently diluted, which can lead to confusion and, at times, misinformation about its true nature.

With this in mind, it has been my honour to have spent the past several years creating these books.

As an experienced Usui Reiki Teacher with a direct lineage to the founder of the practice, my aim was to provide an up-to-date and authentic resource for teachers, students, and practitioners within the Usui Reiki system.

I wanted these books to offer meaningful insights from my own life experiences and personal practice, along with practical guidance and well-researched information—from beginner level through to practitioner and beyond.

I'm so happy to share that my second Reiki manual is now published!

'Flow With Reiki: Usui Reiki Level Two Manual' is a heartfelt continuation of the journey I began with my first book, 'Balance With Reiki', and I couldn’t be more excited to offer it to students, teachers, and fellow Reiki practitioners.

This manual dives into the sacred teachings of Level Two Usui Reiki, including:
