Another brilliant Pathways day out 💙

Last weekend some of the lads headed over to The Lakes at Lavender Hall for a day of open-water swimming, saunas and some well-earned food afterwards! 🏊‍♂️🔥🍔

Plenty of laughs, a few people pushing themselves outside their comfort zone, and most importantly, good people spending quality time together.

Pathways isn’t just about the meetings — it’s about connection, friendship, new experiences and supporting each other outside of the room too.

Sometimes the best conversations happen over a slice of pizza.

If you’re looking for a relaxed evening with good food and good company, come and join us for our next Pathways Men’s Group Pizza Night.

No agenda. No pressure. No awkward introductions. Just an informal space to meet other men, have a chat, share a laugh, and enjoy some free pizza.

Meeting dates for July/August.

Sometimes life gets heavy. You don't have to carry it on your own.

We are a relaxed, friendly men's group where you can come exactly as you are. Whether you want to talk, listen, or simply sit with a brew and good company, you'll be welcomed.

No pressure. No judgement. Just a group of lads supporting each other through life's ups and downs.

We meet alternate Tuesday and Thursday from 7:00pm-8:30pm (doors open at 6:45pm) at Nulogic Academy, Coventry.

Pathways Winter Camp

'Character Building' was the theme for the main walk taking on the Rhinogs, well off the beaten track and generally regarded as the toughest terrain in Wales with torrential rain added to the mix!

But pushing through as a team allows growth - both individually through dealing with the task at hand but also collectively as a shared experience.

Life is about balance, we once again stayed at the stunning riverside Laundry Cottage and a tomahawk steak night was the reward after a day of type two fun (i.e. not really fun at the time😅) as well as trips to musclemorph gym just down the road.

The weekend started with a stop off at Bewts-y-coed on route and a bimble around Lyn Idwal with the snow topped peaks of the Glyders and Tryfan in the background.

Pathways Winter Camp

'Character Building' was the theme! 😅 The Rhinogs are regarded as the toughest terrain to take on in Eryri Snowdonia, way off the beaten track. Add in non stop torrential rain and you've got the definition of a character building mountain day! But it's through shared challenges and experiences where both self belief and friendships grow!

The weekend was balanced out by starting with an easy bimble around Lyn Idwal on the Friday, staying at the stunning riverside Laundry Cottage with a tomahawk steak night in the local village pub as a reward for the hard work on the mountains. Also managed to get in a couple of gym sessions in at just down the road from the cottage.

Massive shout out to Luke and Nick who have walked the 96miles of the West Highland Way over the last 5 day raising over £2000 - money that's used to help people in the pathways brotherhood - we don't ever want anyone missing out on any of our activities due to financial hardship, this fund also helps the cost of the room and we can also help out those in need!

Meetings, walks, hikes, camps, bootcamps and a community of men wanting to be better and do better!

If you want to be involved come along to a meeting or our Sunday walk!
