Reviewer's Comment: My mum has been a resident since December 2025. Within 24hrs in their care. My mum had been washed and was dressed in fresh clothes and sitting in the lounge with the other residents. This is something the paid carers attending her own house could not achieve in a year. Within the first 24hrs the office also knew my mum by name and the care that had been administered in that period. I know my mum is cared for and safe which has been a great weight lifted
