𝐋𝐢𝐩 𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐚𝐥𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐚𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐦𝐞. 𝐒𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐬, 𝐢𝐭’𝐬 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞.

This patient came to me concerned about an 𝐮𝐧𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐥𝐢𝐩 𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭.

After assessing her existing lip shape, asymmetry and proportions, treatment was carefully planned to improve balance and definition while maintaining a natural appearance.

This reel shows the progression from 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, to 𝐢𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, and finally the 𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭 𝐚𝐭 𝟐 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐬.

Some swelling is expected immediately after lip filler, so the 2-week review gives a much better indication of the settled outcome.

The aim was not simply to create bigger lips, but to achieve a 𝐬𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫, 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭 while respecting her natural lip anatomy.

The final image shows the settled result with lipstick on.

- 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐯𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐬 can be particularly noticeable around the nose.

This before-and-after shows the improvement following Hyfrecator treatment for nasal telangiectasia, using controlled electrosurgery to treat visible superficial vessels.

The aim is to reduce the appearance of these vessels while keeping treatment precise and localised.

Results vary between individuals, and some vessels may require more than one treatment. New or recurrent telangiectasia can also develop over time.
