Becoming a Health Care Assistant you will have the duties of helping residents with their immediate needs such as Feeding, Washing, Bathing, dressing and maintain their hygiene.

Always communicate with residents, carers and families.

Always having a positive attitude and being professional within this role is always important.

The Duties of being a health care assistant can also extend to helping residents take part in leisure activities.

From resident to resident there will be different responsibilities and tasks you will be dealing with the shifts will not be the same routine.

No experience needed but a caring nature is a must.

We will accept training certificates or proof of training's.

Non drivers are welcome but if you do drive please let us know.

We work with care homes in Coventry and surrounding areas.

Available shifts are, Mornings, Evenings, Long days and Night shifts.
