I often get asked about cupping therapy so thought I’d do a quick post explaining it.

Cupping therapy uses suction cups on the skin to create a manual pulling effect. Dry cupping increases local blood flow helping you feel relief from muscle tightness or discomfort. It is found to be most beneficial used alongside exercise recovery or treatments like sports massage. Also, no it’s not painful 😂
