Hello, my yoga classes return this week after my short summer break. This is season 20 would you believe? My first classes were in autumn 2006 whilst I was still training as a yoga teacher and still working full time.

The Wednesday classes in Coventry and Nuneaton are back on 2nd Sept. and the Thursday class in Nuneaton is back on 3rd Sept. The
Monday evening Coventry class resumes on 7th Sept.

Details of my regular weekly classes are as follows ...
In Coventry the daytime class is at Holy Family Church, Penny Park Lane, Holbrooks, Wednesday morning, 10.00am. and the evening class is at Radford and Holbrooks Methodist Church, Rupert Rd., Radford, 7.30pm. on Monday evening.
In Nuneaton it's St Nicolas Church Community Centre, Vicarage St., Wednesday lunchtime 12.30pm. and Thursday morning, 10.00am.
The Wednesday lunchtime class in Nuneaton aims to be more accessible. It combines chair yoga, standing work and mat work - but there's no kneeling and we get down and up from the mat just once.

I'm afraid I do now need to increase my prices to reflect increasing costs. Prices will remain as now for this coming month, but from Monday 5th October all sessions will be £6.00 with the exception of the shorter Nuneaton Wednesday lunchtime class which will be £5.00.

All sessions are on a drop - in basis - no need to book. If you've not been to my classes before, don't worry, you'll be very welcome.

Hello, my yoga classes continue throughout this coming week, week commencing Monday 10th August. I'm then taking a break for a couple of weeks.
Classes recommence -

A couple of things ...
Firstly, if you attend my Thursday morning class at St Nicolas in Nuneaton, there's a funeral at the Church around the same time as yoga this week 23 July. The class will be going ahead as usual, but could you park at Sainsbury's in order to keep the church car park free for those attending the funeral.
Secondly, advanced warning oy my summer break from classes, still a little way of yet but the last class before the break will be Thursday 13 Aug. resuming Wednesday 2 Sept.

Yoga and Rhubard. Firstly it's going to be a crazy hot week so I understand if you reckon it'll be too hot to come along to a yoga session this week. If you do come along the sessions will be slow, relaxed and stretchy.
Secondly, as happened last year, my garden rhubarb patch is growing out of control. So again, as last year, there'll be a box of rhubarb at all my classes this week so you can help yourself to a few sticks if rhubarb takes your fancy!

A reminder that Sunday 7th June sees me running a morning workshop focusing on our physical well-being, developing an individual fitness strategy for each of us, exploring how we can develop our own approach to physical fitness in a way that we can incorporate into daily life. There’ll be 3 practical sessions .....
Flexibility built around yoga
Strength including yoga and resistance exercises
cardio-vascular capacity
The event is at Brandon and Wolston Village Hall, Main Street, Wolston CV8 3HJ. The session runs from 10.00am to 1.00pm.
