Had enough water today? 💧

Dehydration happens when your body loses more fluids than it takes in. During hot weather, this can become a real problem, especially for babies, children and older adults, who are most at risk.

Make sure you drink fluids regularly throughout the day and check in on family, friends and neighbours who may need extra support.

If dehydration isn't treated, it can become a serious health issue.

🌡️ A Red Heat-Health Alert has been issued across parts of England until 25 June.

This is the highest level of alert and means the hot weather could affect everyone's health, not just those who are more vulnerable.

Remember to stay hydrated, keep your home cool where possible, avoid the hottest part of the day, and check in on family, friends and neighbours who may need extra support.
