This is how we confirm you have demodex blepharitis. The clue is what we call collarettes at the base of the eyelashes and its perfectly fine to assume this is demodex blepharitis but it's no substitute for seeing the actual amount under the microscope which could play a role in how we tackle management.

Dr Dave was invited as a expert in dry eye to provide an afternoon of training workshops on dry eye diagnosis and technology at the OSI Dry Eye Masterclass. The 2 day conference featured leading experts in dry eye from the UK and overseas. The meeting was help at the Millenium Hotel in Kensington, London.

blepharitis is a significant cause of . It causes ocular inflammation and requires treatment through medication, IPL and on-going lid care. It is frequently associated with Rosacea.

Here'e a video of a lid sample I took from a patient. We can this little monster constantly feeding on skin. Our patient will soon have completed the treatment and feel much, much better.
