🏃‍♀️ STRONGHER RUN CLUB 🏃‍♀️

We’re excited to launch the very first StrongHer Run Club! 💜

A free, friendly, women’s-only social run designed to help you build confidence, meet like-minded women, and enjoy moving your body outdoors.

Whether you’re a regular runner, just getting started, or haven’t run in years, you’re welcome here.

✨ Women’s only
✨ All ages welcome
✨ Beginner-friendly
✨ FREE to attend
✨ Starting and finishing at StrongHer Studio

Ellie will lead the group at the front at around a 6 min/km pace, while Beth will be supporting from the back so everyone can run comfortably at their own pace. No pressure, no racing, no one left behind.

Had a stressful week? This one’s for you.

Join us for a unique Friday night workout designed to help you release tension, build confidence, and leave feeling stronger, calmer, and recharged.

We’ll start with an energising boxercise session with Beth, where you can punch, sweat, and let go of the week’s stress.

Then we’ll slow things down with a restorative Pilates session led by Ellie, focusing on mobility, core strength, stretching, and relaxation.

The perfect balance of power and calm.

Such a lovely message from the coach of the figure skating girls we’ve been doing weekly Pilates sessions with at 🩷

6 weeks in and they are really progressing already I can see it in their sessions and she can see it in their skating ⛸️

Pilates is SO beneficial for everyone, whether your an athlete, injured, want better posture, want to improve your form in the gym, want to reduce back pain, pregnant, post partum or just simply want a good workout and an ab burn!

Honestly I believe everyone would benefit from a class once a week!

So glad the girls are seeing benefits already 🤍
