We live in busy times and it's easy to become disconnected from our true nature and our soul's purpose for life. Leaving us vulnerable to illness and diseasenot only physically but mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

My own spiritual journey led me to many practices and the name SAHANA was gifted to me during my Shamanic training. My guidance was that SAHANA represented
“Self-Awareness Healing – A New Approach”
A path of coming home to yourself, listening within and discovering the wisdom, creativity and healing that already exists inside you. Sahana ties together the threads of my own journey and a calling to create a space for others to explore, reconnect, heal and awaken their own inner knowing, in a way that is gentle, creative, spiritual and uniquely their own.

Here at The Sahana Soul Centre everything we do focuses on self-awareness healing for the mind-body and soul. In the Sahana Soul Studio you can unwind and recharge with a choice of treatments tailored to your individuals needs.
