A New Chapter, A Slower Pace of Life ☽ 𖤓
I’ve been thinking about this change for quite some time, and it feels really special to finally share it with you.
I’ve given my business a little rebrand, but for me, this is about so much more than changing the way things look. It’s about coming back to what feels right for me, where I am in my life now, and the direction I feel called to take.
And I really hope you like it. 🜃🜁🜂🜄
As you know For many years, I’ve offered 1-1 Reiki sessions, and they have been such a beautiful part of my journey. I’ve been incredibly lucky to meet so many wonderful people, hear their stories and share space with them. But over time, I’ve felt myself being drawn more and more towards the teaching side of Reiki.
I feel called to share Reiki in a way that empowers people to connect within themselves to slow down, listen to their intuition, trust themselves and reconnect with that quiet inner knowing.
For me, Reiki is so much more than learning a technique. It’s about connection, awareness and giving yourself the time and space to come home to yourself.
A very special new chapter
There is also a very personal reason behind this change. I’m going to become a grandmother 𖤓 And to me, becoming a grandmother is nothing short of a miracle.
My beautiful granddaughter is already so deeply loved, and although she hasn’t arrived yet, she has already changed something within me. She has made me stop and think about what I want this next chapter of my life to look like.
I want a slower pace of life.
I want more time with my daughter and my granddaughter and family ⚭
I want to be present for the little moments, the cuddles, the laughter, the ordinary days that I know will become the most precious memories. I don’t want to be constantly rushing from one thing to another.
I want to create a business that gives me the freedom to enjoy my life too.
Making space for what I love
That’s why I’m choosing to focus on my Reiki classes and training, my Deep Rest experiences and my products.
There are so many beautiful classes and retreats coming up, and I’m genuinely excited about what I’m creating. ✨
Moving away from 1-1 Reiki sessions gives me more time and space to teach, create and develop these experiences while also giving me the freedom to enjoy this incredibly special time with my family.
It doesn’t feel like I’m doing less.
It feels like I’m choosing more of what truly matters.More connection, creativity, rest and More time to simply so I can give you the best experiences.

Maybe this is my Ta**us earth energy coming through.
Grounding.
Simplifying.
Slowing down.
Creating something with roots.
This rebrand feels like a reflection of where I am now.
A little softer. slower. intentional.
And so much more connected to what matters to me.
I’m stepping into this new chapter with a very full heart excited to teach, excited to create, excited for all the beautiful Reiki classes and retreats ahead, and most of all, excited to become a grandmother and experience this beautiful miracle with my daughter and her family.
So here’s to a slower pace, deeper connection, family, love and creating a life that feels truly aligned ◎
