Partially submerged and fully supported Sound Bath

Sound travels differently in air to water, moving 4 times faster through water!

In a regular sound bath you get the auditory effects of the sounds, being deeply relaxing and helping reset the nervous system.

With my partially submerged Soundbaths you get a deep cellular massage as the sound waves travel through the water and your body acts as a perfect conductor, being 60-70% water.

I've been to cafes on my own but going to a proper restaurant or to an event on my own always just felt.... intimidating?

But I have to say I have had the best day, I am filled with love, I could eat and walk at my own pace.
Go for food where I wanted to
I wasn't rushed around beyond Van Gogh and could fully take it in
Plus it all cost less because it was only me 💁‍♀️
All before a women's circle to build up even more power before buying myself some sunflowers and alcohol free wine.

If you are nervous or debating if you could do it. Yes you can and yes you should do it!
