This class is a little longer than usual due to the poses being held for a few extra minutes. We use the support of cushions and bolsters to hold your body comfortably in various poses, manipulating your connective tissues. An effortless stretch for the body whilst mentally taking control. Expect to feel thoroughly stretched, rested & restored, ready for a very good nights sleep.
