💜 August is Psoriasis Awareness Month.

Psoriasis is often misunderstood, and for many people it affects far more than just their skin.

Throughout this month I'll be sharing simple, evidence-based information about psoriasis, common triggers and ways to support your skin and overall wellbeing.

While my natural skincare is designed to nourish and moisturise dry, sensitive skin, it's important to remember that psoriasis is a medical condition and anyone with concerns should speak to their GP or dermatologist.

Its my first time Farmers Market. Lots of stalls and entertainment, come along and say hello 👋 all natural skincare made from beeswax, honey and all natural plant oils.

While I was away enjoying a little break, my dad was helping to look after the girls, and they have kept him busy! Together they've produced another beautiful harvest of pure local honey.

Our bees are based in the heart of Moira. Perfect for your breakfast, baking or a cuppa—and a favourite choice for many local people during hay fever season.

We're delighted to have this year's harvest ready.

🌿 A Little Reminder About Rest 🌿

We often treat rest as something we have to earn.
We tell ourselves, "Just one more job... one more email... one more thing on the list." Before we know it, weeks have passed and we're running on empty.
But rest isn't a reward. It's part of looking after yourself.

Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is pause. Slow down. Spend time with the people you love, breathe deeply, take a walk, read a book, enjoy a massage, or simply do... nothing.

This week, I'm taking a little time to recharge too. A chance to refill my own cup so I can come back refreshed and ready to care for yours.

Wherever you are this week, I hope you find a moment to rest. Your mind, body and heart will thank you for it. 🐝💛

Well... after a week of glorious sunshine, the rain has decided to make an appearance! ☔🐝
